Nature of the service

Thibrh is a licensed digital real estate brokerage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia providing brokerage and marketing services and registering advertisements through the FAL platform. Thibrh is not a party to the sale or lease contract between the owner and the buyer or tenant; it facilitates contact and regulated brokerage between them.

Eligibility

You must be legally eligible (of legal age and with legal capacity) and must provide accurate and correct information.

User obligations

• Providing accurate information about the property, its ownership and the required documents.
• Not publishing misleading or unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Not misusing the platform or attempting unauthorised access to its systems.

Responsibility for accuracy

The advertiser/owner is responsible for the accuracy of their property details and documents. Thibrh exercises reasonable care in reviewing them but does not guarantee the accuracy of every statement provided by a third party.

Fees and commission

Brokerage fees and commission are set out in the brokerage agreement concluded with the owner before the service is provided, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Intellectual property

Use of the platform's content and brand is governed by the intellectual property policy published on this page.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is". Thibrh is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

Suspension of accounts

Thibrh may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms or the applicable regulations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Amendments

We may update these terms. Any update takes effect as soon as it is published on this page.
