Common questions
What does Thibrh charge?
The commission is 2.5% of the deal value, due only when the deal closes — no subscription, no listing fee, nothing upfront.
Do I pay anything before the deal closes?
No. Taking the details, the documentation, the licence, the matching and the negotiation are all free until the deal closes.
Is my property advertised under a proper licence?
Yes. An electronic brokerage agreement is registered with the Real Estate General Authority, and a separate advertising licence is issued for your property before anything is published.
I am a broker or an agency — how do we work together?
The commission is split between us under a contract that protects both sides, and the contract can be with you or directly with the owner — whichever suits you both.
How do I follow my request or my property?
You get a reference number the moment you register — a search number for a request, a property number for a listing — and you can follow it on WhatsApp at any time.
