Our story
Thibrh began so that a property deal could be clearer and quicker. We take it on end to end for the owner and the buyer alike: the brokerage agreement, the advertising licence, the matching, and the negotiation through to closing.

Thibrh’s AI assistant takes your request around the clock — in Arabic or English — matches it against what we hold, and escalates it to the team when it needs a person. You get a search number to follow it by.
What we commit to
No upfront fees
2.5% of the deal value, payable only at closing.
Verified before we show it
We ask the owner to confirm availability first.
We never expose contact details
Requests are published with no name and no number.
A partnership with brokers
The commission is split under a contract that protects both sides.
