Intellectual Property Policy
Thibrh Real Estate respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. This policy sets out who owns the content, the limits on its use, and how to report an infringement.
Ownership of content and brand
Every element of the platform — the design, the logo, the Thibrh brand, the text, the graphics and the software — is owned by or licensed to Thibrh, and is protected under the copyright and trademark laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Licence to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its lawful purposes only, without any right to copy, modify or commercially republish it.
Content you provide
When you upload photographs or details of your property, you confirm that you hold the right to use them, and you grant Thibrh a licence to display them and market your property through the platform and the approved channels (such as the FAL platform) for the purpose of providing the service.
No copying or scraping
Copying the platform's content, scraping it automatically, or reusing it without prior written permission is prohibited.
Reporting an infringement
If you believe content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, write to us at info@thibrh.net setting out: a description of the protected work, the link to the infringing content, and your contact details. We will review the report and take the appropriate action — including removing the infringing content — under Saudi copyright law.
